We collect information you provide directly and information generated as you use LockIn90.

• Account data: name, email, and authentication details.
• Wearable data: heart-rate variability, resting heart rate, sleep, respiratory rate, and activity, synced from devices you connect.
• Usage data: app interactions and diagnostics used to improve the product.

We use your information to provide and improve the service.

• To calculate your daily energy score and related insights.
• To personalize your baseline and coaching recommendations.
• To maintain security, prevent fraud, and provide support.
• To communicate product updates you have opted into.

We do not sell your personal or health data, and we do not use your health data for third-party advertising.

We share data only with service providers that help us operate the platform (such as cloud hosting), under contracts that require them to protect it. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our users.

We encrypt sensitive data in transit and at rest, apply strict access controls, and regularly review our security practices. No system is perfectly secure, but protecting your data is a core priority.

You control your data.

• Access and export your data from your account at any time.
• Permanently delete your account and associated data.
• Disconnect any wearable to stop further syncing.
• Opt out of non-essential communications.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your personal and health data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

LockIn90 is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
